1. Who we are

PardesLine ("PardesLine", "we", "us") provides the 3D Vision Laboratory — a web platform for 3D computer vision and imaging: point-cloud and mesh processing, a node-based workflow editor, image-to-3D generation, data labeling, and programmatic access via REST and MCP (the "Service"). 2. Accounts and free trial

Sign-in is passwordless (email verification code or Google). You must provide a valid email address and keep your access credentials confidential. New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access, starting at your first sign-in. When the trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription.

3. Subscriptions, billing and payment

• Plans are monthly: a base plan ("3D Vision Workflow") plus optional add-ons ("GPU Workflow", "API Access"). Current prices are shown on our pricing page and in the in-app checkout. API Access includes a monthly call allowance; additional calls are billed at the per-call overage rates shown at checkout.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle provides customer-service inquiries for payments, handles applicable taxes, and processes refunds per our Refund Policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Promotional pricing (e.g. launch discounts) applies as described at checkout and remains attached to the subscription it was applied to.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service, or access other users' data.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to process.
• API/MCP access is subject to fair, metered use as described on the pricing page.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you upload (point clouds, meshes, images, volumes) and to the outputs you generate from it. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that data solely to operate the Service. We do not use your content to train models.

6. Research & engineering use only

The Service processes 3D and volumetric imaging data (including DICOM volumes) for research and engineering purposes only. It is a software developer tool: it is not a medical device, is not intended for clinical or diagnostic use, and no output should be used to make health-related decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify features over time; material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PardesLine's aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data you have not also retained elsewhere.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination we may delete your stored data after a reasonable notice period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
