Refund Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
1. Try before you pay
Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access — no card required. We encourage you to evaluate the platform fully during the trial before subscribing.
2. Cancelling
Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period already paid. No cancellation fees.
3. Refunds
- If something went wrong — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or the Service was materially unavailable — contact us and we will make it right with a full or prorated refund.
- For a first subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge if you are not satisfied.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law or in the situations above.
- Metered API overage reflects usage already consumed and is refundable only in case of billing error.
4. How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. You can request a refund either:
- by emailing us at [email protected] (include the email you subscribed with), or
- directly via Paddle using the receipt email you received at purchase (paddle.net).
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
