1. Data controller
PardesLine operates the 3D Vision Laboratory platform. Contact for any privacy matter: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Account data — your email address and display name (from sign-up or Google Sign-In). We never see or store a password (sign-in is by one-time code) nor your full card details (payments are processed by Paddle).
- Content you upload — 3D files, images and imaging volumes you choose to process, and the outputs generated from them.
- Usage data — which features/API calls you use, timestamps, and error/latency diagnostics, used for service operation, quota metering and billing of API overage.
- Billing data — subscription status, plan and invoices are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record); we store the subscription state, not payment instruments.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- To provide the Service you request — contract performance.
- To meter usage and bill subscriptions/overage — contract performance.
- To secure the platform and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.
- To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, onboarding, trial/billing notices) — contract performance. We do not send third-party marketing.

5. Retention
Account and content data are kept while your account is active. After account deletion (on request) we remove personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except minimal billing records we must keep for legal/accounting purposes. Usage logs are retained up to 24 months.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing (GDPR arts. 15–21 where applicable). Write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and local storage
The app uses browser local storage strictly to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising trackers. The payment overlay (Paddle) and Google Sign-In set their own strictly-functional cookies when you use them.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Sign-in codes are single-use and short-lived. Payment card data never touches our servers.
9. Changes
We will post any material change to this policy on this page with an updated date.
